The focus of my work is on personal change that results in improved relationships, work satisfaction and enhanced energy or engagement with life, including career. I act as a therapeutic facilitator of inner personal change and external professional development, using the different and complementary approaches of coaching, integrative psychotherapy and systemic constellations. I work with individuals, couples and groups. I also write about and teach coaching and applied psychotherapy.
