I am a qualified Integrative and Humanistic Psychotherapist and an Accredited Executive Coach and Coach Supervisor. I have also undergone training as a Systemic Constellations Facilitator and in working with trauma.

I am a therapeutic facilitator /coach and supservisor/trainer working with clients who wish to bring about personal inner and outer change in order to have more of the life they wish for personally and professionally. I aim to bring together the complementary approaches of coaching, integrative psychotherapy and systemic constellations. Your reason for coming to work with me might be embedded in your working or non-working life, or be something that effects both.

feel a loss of meaning or feel you have lost your way in life or career.
are aware that there are things from your past that are affecting you in the present.

are experiencing difficulties in relationships at home or at work.
are finding your relationship with work itself is problematic for you.
are feeling trapped or and unable to see a way forward.
are suffering from an illness or disability and want to explore its meaning for your life.
